City versus countryside

For the video, Berlin based director Holger Braune used original 20 years old Super-8 material. Most of the footage originates from a movie Braune and his friends shot and edited completely themselves in their early teenage years - after watching too much Kojak. Pretending that Berlin was NYC its the tale of chase, relaxed teenage gun laws, exploding cars and suicide.

The plot is intercut with film material which B&T member Mark Bihler found in his attic: Scenes from traumatized coutryside kids ... pure fear when Santa Claus comes around ... bavarian melancholy and boredom.
